9600-4 Xpc™ Spraygun
Please note* Fuji spray guns can only be used with an HVLP Turbine. They cannot be used with standard compressors.
The Fuji Xpc™ spraygun features and exclusive side Pattern Control Knob to adjust the Fan Size. This is a very desirable feature. Most HVLP Turbine Sprayguns still change fan size by moving the collar (at the front of the barrel) in and out. The problem with this method is that the whole range of sizes is not available. The Fuji Xpc is non-bleed, so air only passes through the spraygun when the trigger is pulled. Most turbine HVLP sprayguns are bleeder type.
The benefits of non-bleed include...
- Less blowing around of shop dust and negligible turbulence in the spray area.
- Less paint buildup on the tip of the fluid nozzle (because the fluid nozzle does not get a chance to heat up).
- Spraygun noise (hiss of air) appears to be lessened, because now the hiss of air is intermittent.
The standard Aircap set is the High-Efficiency™ 4H which is .055" (1.4mm) for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The 'H' designates a High Efficiency Aircap - a recent addition from Fuji. This is a greatly improved aircap design. All 'H' stamped aircaps provide the user with a cleaner spray pattern resulting in less overspray and mist in the air.
Four additional color-coded (anodized) Aircap Sets are available.
9600-G Xpc™ Spray Gun
Fuji developed this spraygun to meet a rising demand for a gravity gun that can be used with an HVLP turbine. Make this your 2nd gun.
The Gravity Spraygun has all the features of the standard Fuji Xpc gun (because it uses the same gun body and parts). The #4H Aircap (High-Efficiency™) is installed. This is the medium output size which is best for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The angle of the Gravity Cup 400cc (.85 Pint) can be adjusted. **NEW** This cup is now pressurized so you have the full range of spraying available to you.
Especially popular with Bathtub Refinishers but perfect for cabinets/furniture and automotive too.
Cleaning is a snap! The gun does not have to be connected to the hose or turbine. Here’s how…
- Partially fill the cup with solvent.
- Wind out the fluid knob and pull the trigger.
- Direct the fluid stream into a container (or rag).
- Non-Bleed for less blowing around of shop dust and negligible turbulence in the spray area.
An excellent choice for professional or serious hobbyist. Sorry... Fuji only manufactures this spraygun with the 400cc (.85 pint) size cup. Only for use with an HVLP Turbine.
9080 Mini 3-cup Set

Complete 1/2pint (8ozs) miniature cup assembly fits all Fuji turbine sprayguns (past and present) except the GT-X Gravity versions. Supplied with 2 extra cups and 3 heavy-duty lids equipped with gaskets. This assembly is lightweight taking weight off the wrist. The small size allows access into confined areas such as cabinets, bookshelves etc. The cup is pressurized so the spray pattern is always perfect. You will think of many uses for these cups - storing paints and stains. It's also great for quick color changes or any type of touch-up work. Guitar makers and auto touchup are just 2 areas where this cup assembly is proving to be popular. If you are always spraying larger pieces such as kitchen cabinets, this cup set is too small for you - it would require too many fill-ups to make it practical. Please note* - to purchase mini-cups installed on the spraygun, see Part 9100-M above.
2042 Complete Cup Assembly

This is the exact same cup assembly currently installed by Fuji on their standard sprayguns. The assembly includes the 2024 Pressure Tube and of course, a fitted 2037 Gasket and 2038 Diaphragm. If your spraygun is an older Fuji, we recommend upgrading to this cup to take advantage of the fact that you will benefit from the 2038 diaphragm. It is the diaphragm that helps prevent paint entering the pressure tube. It acts as a shield. The standard cup assembly is supplied with no coating on the inside. This can be used with all products although some water-based coatings can cause an unsightly staining inside the cup (usually harmless and never affecting the actual finish).
2049F Flexible Whip Hose
Lightweight
6ft. hose is highly flexible. Couplings are made from a glass fiber-reinforced polymer. Takes weight
off the wrist and the flexibility allows for
effortless maneuverability of the spraygun.
An added feature is that the air through the
spraygun is not as hot (due to the fact the
spraygun is now 6ft further from the turbine). This often alleviates problems with fast drying
lacquers (and Latex House Paint) drying too quickly. This Whip Hose features a smooth internal bore. Please note* this hose cannot be connected to the turbine - it is an extension hose and must only be connected to the end of the standard 25ft hose.
AIRCAP SETS

8050-2 Aircap Set 2H
Smallest size nozzle set for finest atomization. Orifice measures .7mm (.025”) Excellent for shading with stains or inks, for fine airbrush techniques and spray tanning. Not for Latex House Paint. Please note* these parts will not fit the older Fuji Model SC-1 or XT.
8050-3 Aircap Set 3H
Smaller size nozzle set for finer atomization. 1mm (.039”) Best size for some water-based products. For water-based/borne, please check first with the manufacturer of the coating. Excellent for shading with stains or inks, for fine airbrush techniques and spray tanning. Not for Latex House Paint. Please note* these parts will not fit the older Fuji Model SC-1 or XT.
8050-4 Aircap Set 4H
For 'Fine-Finishing' this is the best size. The 4 measures 1.4mm (.055”) and this is the Fuji standard aircap set that is installed in every new Fuji spraygun. Best for nitrocellulose lacquers, oil-based paints, varnishes and even latex house paint (fine-finishing applications only). Please note* these parts will not fit the older Please note* these parts will not fit the older Fuji Model SC-1 or XT.
8050-5 Aircap Set 5H
Perfect for when you need faster application. Always remember that once you step up to number 5 or 6 you may start to see some slight texture in the finish. This aircap set is sometimes ideal for the Fuji Gravity Gun to enable faster finishing. The 5H measures 1.8mm (.070”). Please note* these parts will not fit the older Fuji Model SC-1 or XT.
8050-6 Aircap Set 6
The largest aircap set in the Fuji lineup. Use this size for wall/ceilings or any large surface where fast coverage is required. Perfect for splatter paints (Multi-Fleck). The number 6 measures 2.2mm (.086”). Please note* these parts will not fit the older Fuji Model SC-1 or XT.
2039 Cup Parts Kit
The kit includes the wearable parts that you should always have on hand. Older Fuji cups with the black-colored lid can be converted to use the 2038 Plastic Diaphragm. If you haven't upgraded yet, we recommend you do so. We have found that by using this diaphragm in combination with the 2024 pressure tube/check valve, there is very little chance of paint backing up the pressure tube. To use the diaphragm, the older 2036 gaskets are too thick so they must be exchanged for the new 2037 Thin Gasket. All the parts shown in the kit can be ordered separately (please see below).

2024-5 Pressure Tube/Check valves
Pressure tubes with check valve installed. Available only in packs of 5. These tubes fit all Fuji sprayguns. If clogged, the check valve cannot be taken apart, however, they can be soaked in thinner for up to 30 minutes to free any blockage.
2037-5 Cup Gaskets (Thin)

The diaphragm 2038 must be used with these gaskets. Available only in packs of 5. If you have an older Fuji spraygun and do not intend to switch to the diaphragm (but we recommend you do) then please order the thicker 2036 gaskets.
2038 Plastic Diaphragms
Tough and durable, the diaphragms should last months (if not years) if care is taken sliding them down the metal fluid tube. To remove them from the cup, grab the tab and pull. The air hole in the diaphragm should be positioned at the rear of the cup (towards the handle). That is, unless you intend spraying upwards for any length of time. For spraying upwards, position the hole in the diaphragm towards the front of the spraygun. The idea is to keep the hole out of the paint as much as possible. These diaphragms, in combination with the pressure tube/check valve, cure the problem of paint backing up the pressure tube.
9044 Paint Strainer
This inexpensive nylon strainer fits at the end of the metal fluid tube. The filters are durable and long-lasting. Can be soaked in thinner to clean. Sold in packs of 2.
4009-2 Mini-Mite™ Turbine Filters

Turbine filters fit all Mini-Mite™ Model turbines. Coarse filter goes on the right hand side (as seen when looking at the front of the case) fine filter on the left.
Please note* these filters will not fit the older Super Model. (You need 2044-2)
5029 Q-Turbine Filter
Turbine filter fits all Q-Series turbines. Always ensure that upon installation, the filter fills the whole filter enclosure and is flush with the bottom of the case. IMPORTANT* the turbine does not have to be taken apart to remove or replace the filter. This filter is a friction fit - it can be removed and replaced in seconds. We definitely advise having an extra filter on hand to rotate when necessary.
9903-3 Caps for Cups
Set of 3 plastic lids will fit any standard Fuji 1qt (1000cc) cup. Handy for storing paints. Inexpensive.
