The NEW Fuji XT-2™ spraygun is non-bleed, so air only passes through the spraygun when the trigger is pulled. Most turbine HVLP sprayguns are bleeder type.
The standard Aircap set is the High-Efficiency™ 4H which is .055" (1.4mm) for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The 'H' designates a High Efficiency Aircap - a recent addition from Fuji. This is a greatly improved aircap design. All 'H' stamped aircaps provide the user with a cleaner spray pattern resulting in less overspray and mist in the air. Three additional color-coded (anodized) Aircap Sets are available.
Cleaning is a snap! The gun does not have to be connected to the hose or turbine. Here’s how…
An excellent choice for professional or serious hobbyist. Sorry... currently, Fuji only manufactures this spraygun with the 400cc (.85 pint) size cup. **NEW** 9300-G Gravity w/Upper Air Connector
Important: unlike with the air supply attached to the standard connector at the base of the handle, the air passes straight through the upper barrel and bypasses the trigger valve. So the gun functions exactly as a bleeder gun with air passing through the gun all the time (whether or not the trigger is pulled back).
Exactly the same spraygun as our 9100-4 XT-2 but with the ability to attach the hose to the Upper Rear Barrel. This allows you to drape the hose over your shoulder thereby keeping it out of the way. We recommend this model, (or the GXT-2 with the same capability) to such trades as Bathtub Refinishers who need to keep the cup and hose away from the walls of the tub. Please note* this item may not be available at all dealers. Important: unlike with the air supply attached to the standard connector at the base of the handle, the air passes straight through the upper barrel and bypasses the trigger valve. So the gun functions exactly as a bleeder gun with air passing through the gun all the time (whether or not the trigger is pulled back).
This kit includes all the parts you allows you to attach the hose to the Upper Rear Barrel (as shown above on our new 9300 Series spray guns). The kit will only work with XT-2 or GTX-2. To check if you have one of the newer models, look on the right side of the front barrel... if there is a slot screw - Part #8010 Air Plug, as shown in the illustration above, you can use this kit.
9100-M XT-2™ Spraygun/Mini Cups The NEW Fuji XT-2™ spraygun with our 9080 Mini-Cup (8 ozs) Assembly installed instead of the standard 1 quart cup. Ideal for very small work. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Spraygun is supplied with 3 cups in total plus 3 heavy-duty lids with gaskets. Paint can be stored in the cups and be left for long periods of time.
8069 Miniature 2ozs (75cc) Gravity Cup Stainless Steel side-mounted miniature gravity cup is fabulous for Auto Touch-up, Spray Tanning or any type of very small detail work. This cup assembly can be used with any of the Fuji gravity sprayguns. Simply loosen the wing nut and set to any angle then tighten. Uses no gasket. Complete 1/2pint (8ozs) miniature cup assembly fits all Fuji turbine sprayguns (past and present) except the GT-X Gravity versions. Supplied with 2 extra cups and 3 heavy-duty lids equipped with gaskets. This assembly is lightweight taking weight off the wrist. The small size allows access into confined areas such as cabinets, bookshelves etc. The cup is pressurized so the spray pattern is always perfect. You will think of many uses for these cups - storing paints and stains. It's also great for quick color changes or any type of touch-up work. Guitar makers and auto touchup are just 2 areas where this cup assembly is proving to be popular. If you are always spraying larger pieces such as kitchen cabinets, this cup set is too small for you - it would require too many fill-ups to make it practical. Please note* - to purchase mini-cups installed on the spraygun, see Part 9100-M above. This is the exact same cup assembly currently installed by Fuji on their standard sprayguns. The assembly includes the 2024 Pressure Tube and of course, a fitted 2037 Gasket and 2038 Diaphragm. If your spraygun is an older Fuji, we recommend upgrading to this cup to take advantage of the fact that you will benefit from the 2038 diaphragm. It is the diaphragm that helps prevent paint entering the pressure tube. It acts as a shield. The standard cup assembly is supplied with no coating on the inside. This can be used with all products although some water-based coatings can cause an unsightly staining inside the cup (usually harmless and never affecting the actual finish).
